A common question I receive from my mentoring clients is how to go about branding themselves and growing their clinic or practice into a one stop shop. Where clients can come and get everything completed with them.
I always say – don’t! Don’t become a department store that is known for affordability, I would much rather you become the expert and charge expert prices.
